24/10/2010 - Sunday Morning Road Ride*

Ride 24/7 Autumn/Winter Road Rides

Now that our Tuesday evening rides are no longer continuing through this winter, we have moved them to a Sunday morning due to the popularity of them.

So make sure this Sunday - (24/10/2010) - you come along. We will be meeting at Ride 24/7 at 9:45am and shall be leaving at 10:00am. The ride shall last for about 2 hours at a steady pace and we shall meet back at the shop afterwards for tea,coffee and some cake.

Anybody is welcome to come along and we hope to see you there (route shall be confirmed towards the end of this week so keep checking out this blog)

Also just a little reminder that if it's wet would you mind attaching some form of mudguard, just so the ride is a little more enjoyable for everyone without getting a wet muddy spray off of people's rear wheels. (This rule apples to most cycle club rides).

Like last week we are doing another MTB ride around South Cerney and Ashton Keynes lakes in the dark. (No Lights,No Ride)

Anyone is welcome to come along.

We will meet at the shop at 6:30 this evening and will ride from the shop and do about 20-25 miles.

12/10-2010 - Last Tuesday Evening Road Ride Of The Year !

As you may know, tonight will be our last Tuesday evening road ride from the shop as it's getting too dark to continue them.

We are considering moving them to a Sunday morning depending on numbers of people willing to come (will find out the amount of interest later).

For tonight's ride, meet at the shop at 6:00pm and we shall try get an hour or so in so you will need lights.

A big thanks from us to all of you that have been coming along on our rides since we started them, many months ago.

05/10/2010 Tuesday Evening Road Ride*

 

As always our road ride will be on this evening, meet at the shop at 6:00pm but unfortunately the weather is no where near as good as yesterday so im guessing rain coats will be needed!

Also if possible you could bring lights as it is usually dark by the time we get back to the shop. The ride shall be around 20-25 miles and route is: from the shop down the Fairford road,turn right into Meysey Hampton,Down Ampney, to South Cerney,Somerford Keynes then through Ewen and back through the Industrial Estate.

29th of October - Wilier/Tacx Demo Evening ! ! !

 

Our Wilier & Tacx Turbo Trainer Demo evening shall start at 6:00pm at the shop on the Friday evening, food and drink with an Italian theme to it will be available.

The new 2011 range of both brands will be here to see.
Also there will be the top of the range Tacx iMagic set up to record peoples lap times for a bit of fun - prizes for the winners!

Any ones welcome with guests from the Wilier Big Maggies Cycling Team.
