26/04/2011 - Tuesday Evening Road Ride
26/04/2011 - On tonight's ride we are going to try and do 2 groups. A 'slower' group and a 'fast' group, both groups will be doing the same loop of about 25-30 miles. The 'slower' group will leave at 6:00pm and 'fast' group will leave at 6:05pm, the idea being the faster riders catch up that 5 minute gap (a bit too promising i know).

19/04/2011 -Tonight we are planning on doing a slightly different route to last week, flat/rolling route of about 30miles, the pace will depend on who turns up.

12/04/2011 - Tuesday Evening Road Ride
12/04/2011 -Tonight we are planning on doing the same as last week, flat route of about 25 miles and last week we averaged 21mph. If there are enough people that turn up that want to do a slower version of the route then we will split it into 2 groups and this will be discussed this evening.
